As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (concluded online) in accordance with Section 1829(1) of the Czech Civil Code, without giving any reason and without any penalty, within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
If you receive multiple shipments within a single order, the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the last shipment.

How to withdraw from a contract
You may use any of the following methods to withdraw from a purchase contract (for details see Terms and Conditions, Article 5.3):
- Online form — click the "Withdraw from contract" button above. Enter your order number and e-mail address, select the items and confirm. You will receive a confirmation of the withdrawal by e-mail.
- In writing — fill in the sample withdrawal form (PDF) and send it to the address of the branch from which you received the goods. The form is also included with every shipment.
- By e-mail — send a withdrawal notice to

The withdrawal period is met if you send the withdrawal notice before the period expires.
Returning the goods
After withdrawing from the contract, you must send or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The costs of returning the goods are borne by you, except where the goods cannot be returned by ordinary post due to their nature.
Please send the goods to the address of the branch from which you received them. The address is stated on the delivery note included with the shipment.
Refund
The seller will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until you provide proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.
When withdrawal is not possible
According to Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, you cannot withdraw from a contract in the following cases, among others:
- goods manufactured to your specifications or customised to your personal needs,
- perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life,
- goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken,
- goods that have been irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery.
